Creating a Savo Store account is the first step toward shopping from the U.S. and having your packages delivered to Kenya. Whether you're purchasing items for personal use, business, or sending gifts to loved ones, your account is your central hub for managing shipments, accessing warehouse addresses, and tracking orders.
Creating an Account
To get started, follow these steps:
Go to savostore.com.
Click on Create Account in the top-right corner.
Fill in your personal details, including your name, email address, and phone number.
Choose a secure password.
Click Create Account.
You’ll receive an email asking you to verify your email address and an OTP (one-time password) sent to your phone to verify your phone number. Be sure to complete both steps to unlock full access to your account.
Tip: Use a strong password and an email address you check often. This will help you keep track of your shipments and receive important updates.
What Happens After Signup?
Once your account is verified, you’ll be able to:
Access your U.S. warehouse addresses (the U.S. delivery points where your packages are received before being shipped to Kenya) in California and Oregon
Begin using Shipping Only (you handle the purchase, we handle the shipping) or Buy & Ship (we purchase on your behalf and ship to Kenya) services
Track the status of packages, orders, and deliveries
Contact customer support through your dashboard
Your account serves as the foundation for everything you do with Savo Store, from placing orders to monitoring your deliveries.

Click Log In at the top of the page.
Log in using:
Your email address and password
Google account (single sign-on)
A one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone

After logging in, you can access your profile section to:

Savo Store does not store or save your debit/credit card. All payments are handled securely during checkout through our verified payment providers.
