Savo Store is a cross-border logistics and procurement service designed to help customers in Kenya shop from the United States and receive their packages reliably, affordably, and safely. We operate through physical locations in both the U.S. and Kenya, and serve customers across all regions in Kenya.
United States Operations
Savo Store operates two warehouse addresses in the United States to better serve your shipping needs:
1. Primary Warehouse – Huntington Beach, California
This is our main logistics hub where we:
Receive packages from online retailers and sellers across the U.S.
Label, inspect, and prepare packages for international shipping
Offer local freight pickup for industrial cargo (via our U.S. Freight Pickup service)
Provide customers with a dedicated shipping address for U.S. deliveries
2. Secondary Address – Portland, Oregon
We also offer a secondary shipping address in Portland, Oregon. This location is particularly useful for:
Taking advantage of tax-free shopping (Oregon has no sales tax)
Routing specific merchant deliveries that require alternate destinations
Please note: This warehouse supports only the Ship Individually order processing option. It does not support the Verify & Consolidate option. If you require item inspection and consolidation into fewer packages, please use our California warehouse instead.
Both addresses are available through your Savo Store account dashboard, and you can choose the one that best suits your purchase or shipping preferences.
Our U.S. addresses serve as the starting point for all shipments to Kenya. Whether your items arrive at our California or Oregon location, they will be prepared for international shipping and forwarded to our Nairobi hub.

Our main operations hub is in Nairobi, Kenya. From here, we:
Receive consolidated shipments from the U.S.
Clear packages through customs
Handle local warehousing and dispatch
Manage last-mile delivery to customers across Kenya
We support nationwide delivery, ensuring that customers in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, and other towns receive their goods.
Who We Serve
Savo Store is designed primarily for Kenya-based customers who want to shop from U.S. stores and have items delivered to Kenya.
We also serve U.S.-based customers who want to send items to family or friends in Kenya by initiating shipments from within the U.S.
In addition, our service is available to anyone around the world looking to ship goods to Kenya, whether for personal use, business, or gifting. If you can ship or coordinate delivery to one of our U.S. warehouse addresses, we can handle the rest.

Q: Does the Oregon warehouse support consolidation?
A: No. The Oregon warehouse only supports the Ship Individually option. If you need items verified and consolidated into fewer packages before shipping, please use our California warehouse instead.
Q: Where do I ship my packages in the U.S.?
A: When you create a Savo Store account, you’ll receive personalized shipping addresses at our warehouses in Huntington Beach, California and Portland, Oregon.
Q: Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
A: Yes, we deliver across Kenya—including towns like Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and more.
Q: Can I use Savo Store if I live in Uganda or Tanzania?
A: Currently, we only deliver within Kenya.
Q: I live in the U.S. Can I use Savo Store to send items to Kenya?
A: Yes. You can send items to our U.S. warehouse, and we’ll handle the international shipping and delivery to Kenya for you.
Q: Can I choose between the California and Oregon addresses for every order?
A: Yes. Both addresses are available in your dashboard. You can use either one depending on factors like sales tax, merchant restrictions, or shipping speed.
Q: Is there a price difference in service between the California and Oregon warehouses?
A: Yes, but only in terms of minimum shipping charges. The Oregon warehouse has higher minimums—$45 for air freight and $150 for ocean freight—while the California warehouse has lower minimums of $15 for air and $90 for ocean. These minimums refer to the starting cost of a shipment, not the rate per kilogram or cubic foot. The shipping rates per unit of weight or volume remain the same regardless of which warehouse you use.
Q: Can I ship from other countries besides the U.S.?
A: No. Currently, we only accept shipments originating in the United States.
Q: Do you deliver to rural parts of Kenya?
A: Yes. We offer last-mile delivery to all regions in Kenya, including remote and rural areas.
Q: Will you expand to other countries outside Kenya?
A: We are exploring future expansion into other East African countries. For now, we serve Kenya exclusively.
