What is Savo Rewards?
Savo Rewards is our loyalty program designed to reward you every time you ship with Savo Store. Each time you ship with us, you earn 5% of your order’s shipping cost in Savo Rewards. The rewards accumulate in your account and can be redeemed to reduce the cost of future shipments. It’s our way of giving back to our most loyal customers — whether you use our Shipping Only service or our Buy & Ship option.
Depending on the season or ongoing promotions, you can use your Savo Rewards to cover between 10% and 30% of your shipping cost. These rewards are automatically added to your account after each shipment is delivered and are visible in your dashboard here.
How to Apply Savo Rewards to Your Shipment
Savo Rewards can be applied only after an order has been processed and an invoice has been issued. Here’s how to redeem your rewards:
Log in to your Savo Store account.
Click on the View Details/Invoice button for the order you’d like to pay for.
On the invoice page, scroll down until you see the orange “Apply Savo Rewards” button.
You’ll see your current rewards balance as well as the maximum amount you can apply toward that particular order e.g. "You have $75.00 in Savo Rewards. You can use up to $18.00 to pay for this order."
Enter the amount you'd like to redeem in the grey input field.
Click Apply Savo Rewards.
The redeemed amount will be subtracted from your total invoice, and you can proceed to make your payment as usual.
⚠️ Note: If the “Apply Savo Rewards” button doesn’t appear or is greyed out, it means you either haven’t earned any rewards yet or you’ve already used up your available balance.
How Much Can I Redeem on an order?
The maximum amount of Savo Rewards you can redeem per order depends on the current redemption rate. This typically ranges from 10% to 30% of your order’s shipping cost. The applicable rate may vary based on seasonal promotions or special offers. When viewing your invoice, you’ll be shown exactly how much of your rewards can be applied to that specific order. e.g., "You have $75.00 in Savo Rewards. You can use up to $18.00 to pay for this order."
