How much can I save?
If you have enough Savo Rewards available in your account, you can redeem rewards for up to 30% of your eligible shipping charges.
For example:
Air Freight: Our standard rate is $18/kg. With the maximum 30% Savo Rewards redemption, you will be less than $13/kg
Ocean Freight: Our standard rate is $30/cubic foot. With the maximum 30% redemption, you could pay as little as $21/cubic foot.
The amount you can redeem will depend on your available Savo Rewards balance.
What can Savo Rewards be applied to?
Savo Rewards can only be redeemed toward the USA to Kenya Shipping cost on your invoice.
They cannot be applied to any other invoice line items such as service fees, storage fees, shipment protection, or local delivery charges.
The maximum 30% redemption applies specifically to the USA-to-Kenya shipping charge only.
When is the offer available?
The offer is available from:
September 1 through October 15, 2026
After October 15, the standard Savo Rewards redemption limit will apply again unless otherwise communicated.
How do I redeem my Savo Rewards?
When your order is ready for payment:
Open the shipping invoice for your order in your Savo Store account.
Select the option to apply your available Savo Rewards.
Choose the amount you would like to redeem, up to the maximum amount allowed toward the shipping cost.
Complete payment for the remaining balance.
There is no promo code required.
Do I have to use the full 30%?
No. You can redeem any available amount up to the maximum permitted, up to 30%.
For example, if your rewards balance is only enough to cover 12% of your shipping charges, you can apply that amount. You do not need to have enough rewards to cover the full 30%.
Your Savo Store account will show you the maximum rewards allowable for your order when making payment.
Important Notes
You must have enough Savo Rewards in your account redeem them. Click here to log in to your account view your Rewards Balance (you'll need to log in first).
Our team members cannot apply rewards on your behalf. There is no feature on our end allowing us to redeem rewards for you. Rewards must be redeemed by you during payment - simply apply them from the invoice page of your order.
