Savo Store makes it easy for you to shop from any U.S. online store and ship your items to Kenya. If you already have a debit or credit card and want to make your own purchases, our Shipping Only service is the best way to get started.


What Is Shipping Only?

Shipping Only means you do the shopping, and we handle the shipping. You buy items from any U.S. online store (like Amazon, Target, or Walmart), ship them to your personal Savo Store U.S. address, and we take care of getting them to Kenya via air or ocean freight.

This is our most popular service, and it’s perfect for customers who:

  • Already have a U.S.-accepted payment method (any debit or credit card)

  • Want control over where and how they shop

  • Prefer faster processing with lower costs


Step 1: Set Up Your Account

Before placing an order, create a free Savo Store account. Once you're logged in, you’ll gain access to your U.S. warehouse addresses in:

  • California – Supports consolidation, lower minimum charges

  • Oregon – Ideal for tax-free shopping, no consolidation

Step 2: Place Your Order on a U.S. Website

  1. Visit any U.S. online store and shop as you normally would.

  2. At checkout, enter your Savo Store U.S. address as the shipping address.

    • If you're using the Oregon address, remember to include the word Savo after your full name.

    • Always copy and paste the street address from your dashboard to avoid typos.

  3. Use your own address as the billing address.


Step 3: Create Your Savo Store Order

Once your package has been shipped to our warehouse, click here to create a Shipping Only order in your Savo Store account by providing:

  • The tracking number for your package

  • The contact information of the recipient in Kenya (this can be you or someone else)

  • The shipping method you want to use (Air or Ocean)

  • Select whether you want to pick up the order upon arrival in Kenya, or if you want delivery to your doorstep

This information helps us process and deliver your shipment efficiently.


Step 4: Get Notified When Your Package Arrives

After we receive your package at our US warehouse, we will notify you of its arrival. You’ll receive a notification when the package is:

  • Received at the U.S. warehouse

  • Ready for shipping

  • Shipped out to Kenya


Step 5: Pay Shipping charges

We will send you an invoice once your package has been processed for shipping. You can make payments by M-Pesa, bank transfer, or debit/credit card directly through your Savo Store account.

After payment is received, we will ship your package and notify you upon arrival in Kenya.


Step 6: Track Your Delivery to Kenya

You’ll be able to:

  • Track your shipment from the U.S. warehouse to Kenya

  • Get notified upon arrival

  • Pick up at our Nairobi warehouse or get it delivered to your doorstep
