FAQs
Q. Can I change the shipping method after payment?
A. No. Once your invoice has been sent to you and payment has been made, your shipment is usually already enroute to your destination.
Q. What happens if I choose the wrong method?
A. We’ll ship your order using the method you selected. In some cases, we may contact you if we believe another method is better—but this is not guaranteed. If you’re unsure, please contact us before your shipment is processed.
Q. Can I use air for part of my shipment and ocean for the rest?
A. Yes, but only if the items you want to send by each method arrived at our US warehouse in separate packages from the seller or sender. Each package received at our warehouse must be shipped entirely by one method—either air or ocean. We cannot split items within a single package between air and ocean freight.
Q. Will I be notified when my order ships?
A. Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link once your package leaves our warehouse.
Q. Is ocean freight always cheaper than air freight?
A. Not necessarily. For very small shipments, air can sometimes be more cost-effective. Ocean becomes cheaper when shipping large volumes of items or heavy items.
Q. What if I miss the ocean freight deadline?
A. Your items will be queued for the next available container. Air freight is available weekly if you need faster delivery.
Q. Are both options safe for fragile goods?
A. Yes. Our team handles all shipments with care, and we can offer additional packaging for fragile items upon request.
Q. Are both options safe for high value goods?
A. Yes. Savo Store takes the security of your items seriously—whether shipped by air or ocean. We use proper handling and packaging to protect all shipments.
Q. Can I track my shipment?
A. Absolutely. You’ll receive regular updates once your shipment departs.
