Please note: In-person drop-offs are only allowed at our Huntington Beach, CA warehouse. Our Oregon warehouse does not accept any in-person drop-offs.
If you are planning to hand-deliver your package, please review the following policies carefully.
Packaging Requirements (In-Person Drop-Offs Only)
All packages must be fully packaged and protected before drop-off. Our warehouses do not offer any packaging services or provide packaging materials for in-person drop-offs.
For New Items:
Must be packaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging
Packaging must be sturdy and protective to handle international shipping
For Used Items:
Must be well protected in a strong carton box
Must be bubble wrapped or packaged with foam to protect fragile items
Items should not be loosely packed or exposed
Any items that arrive improperly packaged will be refused.
Furniture, Home Appliances, and Home Goods Policy
We can accept and ship brand-new furniture, home appliances, and other home goods that are properly packaged in original boxes or protective packaging. This includes items purchased from online retailers like Amazon, Wayfair, Best Buy, etc.
However, we cannot accept:
Fully assembled furniture
Used furniture or home goods that are not adequately packaged for international shipping
If you are dropping off used furniture, appliances, or home goods from your home:
Items must be disassembled (if applicable) and professionally packaged, ideally crated
We do not offer disassembly, crating, or packaging services at our warehouse
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for shipping.
Where In-Person Drop-Offs Are Accepted

Important: All deliveries to the Oregon warehouse must be made by a registered courier. In-person customer drop-offs are not permitted at this location.

Q. Can I schedule a drop-off time?
A. Yes. While appointments are not always required, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm drop-off hours and avoid delays.
Q. Do I need to label the package before dropping it off?
A. Yes. Every package must be clearly labeled with your full name and phone number.
Q. Can I pay for shipping at the warehouse?
A. No. All payments must be made through your Savo Store online account. The warehouse team does not handle any transactions.
Q. Is there a limit to how many packages I can drop off?
A. There is no strict limit, but large or bulk drop-offs should be coordinated with our team in advance to ensure warehouse readiness.
Q. Can I bring extra packaging materials and ask your team to help?
A. No. All packaging must be completed before arrival. Our team does not assist with packaging.
Q. What happens if my item is poorly packaged?
A. We may refuse the item or request that you arrange for repackaging and redelivery.
Q. Can I speak to someone at the warehouse about my order?
