To help you plan your shipments, we’ve established clear shipping schedules for both air and ocean freight. Understanding these schedules and cut-off times will ensure your packages are shipped on time and without delay.

We dispatch an air shipment from our US warehouse to Kenya every week on Wednesday. The cut-off time is Monday at 11 AM. To have your package sent on Wednesday, ensure that it arrives at our US warehouse before the cut-off. You must also create a shipment in your Savo Store account before the cut-off time to have your shipment dispatched on Wednesday. If not, your shipment will be sent the following week.

For ocean shipping, we ship a container on the last Wednesday of every month. To make sure your shipment is included, your items must arrive at our warehouse by Wednesday at 11 AM of the previous week. You must also create a shipment in your Savo Store account before the cut-off time to have your shipment dispatched on the last Wednesday of the month. If not, your shipment will be sent the following month.
