To help you plan your shipments, we’ve established clear schedules for both air and ocean freight. Our warehouses in California and Oregon operate on fixed timelines with strict cut-off dates. Following these schedules will ensure your packages are shipped on time and without delay.
Air Shipping Schedule
We dispatch an air shipment every week from both our California and Oregon warehouses.
California Warehouse
Departure Day: Wednesday (weekly)
Cut-off Time: Monday at 11:00 AM
Requirement: Packages must arrive at the California warehouse before the cut-off, and you must create a shipment in your Savo Store account before the cut-off.
Oregon Warehouse
Departure Day: Wednesday (weekly)
Cut-off Rule:
Packages received Monday 9:00 AM – Thursday 1:00 PM during a given week will be shipped the following Wednesday.
Requirement: A shipment must be created in your Savo Store account before the relevant cut-off for dispatch.
If your package or shipment request misses the cut-off, it will automatically roll over to the next scheduled flight.
Ocean Shipping Schedule
For ocean freight, we operate on a fixed bi-monthly schedule from both warehouses.
Departure Day: Last Wednesday of the scheduled departure month
Cut-off Time: Friday of the previous week
Requirement: Packages must arrive at either warehouse before the cut-off, and you must create a shipment in your Savo Store account before the cut-off.
Shipments that miss the deadline will be held for the next scheduled container.
