How to Track Your Shipment

Tracking your shipment with Savo Store is easy and transparent. This guide explains the tools and steps available to help you stay informed from the moment your package is received to final delivery in Kenya.

When Can I Track My Shipment?

You can start tracking your shipment after your package has been processed and a shipping label has been created. This typically happens:

  • For Shipping Only: You can begin tracking as soon as your order is created and each package is delivered to our US warehouse. You’ll continue to receive tracking updates as we consolidate or process your packages for dispatch to Kenya.

  • For Buy & Ship: After your items have been purchased, received, and prepared for dispatch to Kenya.

How to Track Your Shipment

Your order number remains your primary identifier throughout the shipping process. We do not issue a separate number for tracking purposes.

1. Log in to your Savo Store account
Go to www.savostore.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Go to the "Shipping Only" or "Buy & Ship" orders section
You’ll see a list of all your shipments with their current statuses.

3. Click on a shipment to view tracking details
You’ll be able to view:

  • Order status (e.g., "Shipped & Invoiced", "Shipping Fee Invoiced", "Order Arrived")

  • Estimated delivery window


How Our Tracking System Works

Savo Store does not currently support location-based tracking, but this is a feature we are actively working on. Our goal is to allow customers to see the exact location of their packages in real-time during transit.

In the meantime, we use milestone-based tracking, meaning you’ll receive updates at key stages in your shipment’s journey.

For Shipping Only, you will be notified when:

  • Your package is received at our US warehouse

  • It is processed and prepared for shipping

  • It ships out from the US

  • It arrives in Kenya

  • It is delivered to you

For Buy & Ship, you will be notified when:

  • Your items have been successfully purchased

  • They are received at our US warehouse

  • They are shipped to Kenya

  • They arrive in Kenya

  • They are delivered to you

After your order has been shipped out to Kenya, a "Track Order" button will appear next to the order in your Savo Store dashboard. Clicking this will display:

  • Milestone statuses

  • Estimated timelines for delivery


How Often Are Tracking Updates Posted?

Anytime an action is taken on your order, an update will appear in your Savo Store dashboard.

If you don’t see tracking updates or your shipment appears stuck:

  • Ensure you're viewing the correct shipment in your dashboard

  • Contact our support team via email or live chat for help

A: Check that your invoice has been paid and you're viewing the correct shipment. If you're still unsure, contact our support team for help.
