Powerbanks, power stations and standalone batteries cannot be shipped by either air or ocean freight.
These items are not accepted under any circumstances.
If such items are delivered to our warehouse:
They can only be returned to the seller (arranged by you), or
They can be forwarded to another address at your expense.
If such items are found inside a shipment, the same rules apply.
✅ Products Containing Lithium Batteries
Products that have lithium batteries built into them can be shipped. Examples include:
Laptops
Cellphones
Tablets
Cameras
Other electronics with integrated batteries
These items are permitted for both air and ocean freight.
