Whether you're using our Buy and Ship service or our Shipping Only service, we offer various payment options to suit your needs.
Shipping Only Service
For customers using our Shipping Only service, we accept the following payment methods:
M-Pesa
Credit or Debit Card (within your Savo Store account)
Bank Transfer or Deposit
Buy and Ship Service
For customers using our Buy & Ship service, we accept the following payment methods:

Note: Credit/debit cards are not accepted for Buy & Ship orders.
How each Payment Method Works
M-Pesa
Payments by M-Pesa are done via STK Push on your Savo Store account. Instead of entering payment details manually, STK Push allows our system to send a secure payment prompt directly to your Safaricom mobile phone.
Follow these simple steps:
Go to Your Orders
Log in to your Savo Store account and navigate to your orders. Click "Make a Payment" next to the order you'd like to pay for. You will be taken to the invoice page.Choose M-Pesa Payment
On the invoice page, click "Pay by M-Pesa." You’ll be redirected to the M-Pesa payment page.Enter Your Safaricom Number
On the payment page, input your Safaricom mobile number and click "Pay Now."Confirm on Your Phone
You’ll receive a payment prompt on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to authorize the transaction.
Once confirmed, your payment is instantly updated on the invoice in your Savo Store account.
M-Pesa payments can only be made in KES.
Credit/Debit card payments
Card payments are made directly through your Savo Store account.
If the transaction is successful, the payment is instantly reflected on the invoice in your Savo Store account.
Credit/debit card payments are not available in person at our Nairobi pick-up point.
To pay by card, please log in and complete the transaction through your Savo Store account online.
Card payments can be made in either USD or KES.
Card payments are not available for Buy & Ship orders.
Bank Transfer
Payments by bank transfer or deposit can be made in USD or KES.
The funds must be reflected in our bank account before we can proceed to release your goods or make a purchase on your behalf.
Bank details are provided on your invoice.
For bank transfer payments, our support team needs to manually update your Savo Store account. After you've made a payment, please send us a message with your proof of payment. This will allow us to quickly and accurately update your account.
