Below is a breakdown of the process as well as everything you need to know.
Our US Address
You can shop online at stores such as amazon.com and use our US warehouse address at checkout. You can also share our US address with friends and family in the US who wish to ship goods to you in Kenya.
Now that you have our address, you can shop online and ship packages to our US warehouse.
The Process
Once a package has been shipped to our warehouse, click here to provide us with:
The tracking number
The contact information of the recipient in Kenya (this can be you or another person)
After we receive your package at our US warehouse, we will notify you and send you an invoice. You can make payments by M-Pesa, Bank transfer, or debit/credit card in your Savo Store account.
We will then ship the package and contact the recipient upon arrival in Kenya.
Shipping Costs
For air freight, we charge $18/KG based on the actual or volumetric weight of the package - whichever is higher. This rate is inclusive of customs clearance costs. The minimum air freight charge varies by warehouse location: $25 for California and $45 for Oregon.
For ocean freight, we charge $30/Cubic Foot. This rate is inclusive of customs clearance costs. The minimum ocean freight charge varies by warehouse location: $90 for California and $150 for Oregon.

Shipment Protection
Shipment Protection is a standard and required part of all Shipping Only orders.
Shipment Protection is charged at 4% of the declared shipment value, with a minimum charge of $4.00 per shipment. It provides an added financial safeguard for your goods in the event of a covered loss or damage while your shipment is in transit from our U.S. warehouse to Kenya. Verify & Consolidate Storage Fee (optional)
Need consolidation of multiple packages? If you choose the Verify & Consolidate (V&C) processing method through our California warehouse, a flat $5.00 storage fee per Savo Store order will apply.
The fee is per order, not per package. A V&C order may contain up to 10 packages, and the storage fee remains $5.00 total for the entire order.
The V&C storage fee does not apply to:
Ship Individually (Immediate Dispatch) orders
Shipments through our Tax-Free Oregon warehouse
Delivery timeline
Air freight shipments are delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the ship date. For more details on air freight shipping schedules, cut-offs, and delivery timelines, click here.

Do you want us to make purchases for you?
We can make purchases for you from US-based online stores and then forward the items to you in Kenya. For more details on this, click here.
Local Next-Day Door Delivery in Kenya
