New Update: 14-Day Limit on Order Holds

At Savo Store, we’re always looking for ways to improve our services and ensure smoother, faster shipping for our customers. One of the key ways our customers save on shipping costs is through package consolidation, allowing multiple items to be shipped together as a single order.

To make this process more efficient, we’re introducing an update to our Order Hold policy.

New Order Hold Limit – 14 Days

Starting immediately, orders placed on hold for consolidation will be limited to a maximum of 14 days from the day the order is created.

Who Does This Change Affect?

This update applies only to Shipping Only orders where the selected processing method is Verify & Consolidate (V&C).

Why Are We Making This Change?

Over time, we’ve noticed that many packages were staying on hold indefinitely, creating congestion in our warehouse and delaying processing for other incoming shipments. By setting a 14-day limit, we’re ensuring that:

We prevent warehouse congestion – Orders no longer sit in our warehouse indefinitely, allowing smoother operations.
You receive your shipments faster – With better warehouse efficiency, we can process and ship packages quicker.

What You Need to Know:

  • You can still place an order on hold to consolidate multiple packages.

  • However, after 14 days, the hold will be automatically removed. If all packages in the order have arrived, we’ll process and ship the order using your selected shipping method.

  • To make the most of consolidation, ensure that all intended packages arrive within 14 days of creating the order.

This change is designed to improve your overall experience by reducing delays and keeping our shipping timelines as reliable as possible. By ensuring orders don’t remain on hold indefinitely, we’re making it easier for you to plan and receive your shipments on time.
