Once your seller provides tracking numbers, please create an order in your Savo Store account immediately. This helps us track your packages accurately and speeds up the processing and shipping of your order.

For the quickest shipping experience, we strongly recommend sending all packages to our California warehouse. This is also the only location where we offer package consolidation and order verification, making it the best option during the busy holiday season.

If you regularly receive your packages at the same address in Kenya, you can now opt into auto-delivery. When you select auto-delivery, your packages will automatically be dispatched to your address as soon as they arrive in Kenya—no address confirmation needed. You’ll receive a notification that your package is on the way, along with a Fargo Courier tracking number.

Our next ocean container departs on December 30th, with a cut-off date of December 26th.
