As the holiday season approaches, please review these important updates carefully to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

1. U.S. Warehouse Delivery Hours

Our U.S. warehouse addresses are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are closed on weekends, public holidays, and after hours.

Deliveries attempted outside business hours may end up misdelivered or lost.
Savo Store is not liable for packages lost due to delivery attempts made outside our operating hours.

Action Required: Please ensure that delivery times on Amazon and all other online platforms are set to match our operating hours so that packages are delivered exclusively within our working hours. If needed, contact the vendor directly to request that your delivery be scheduled during our operating hours.

2. Oregon Address - Important Information

Our Oregon warehouse has unique requirements and is best used with full understanding of the associated policies:

Higher Minimum Charges

Minimum shipping charges per order at the Oregon warehouse:

  • Air Freight: $45 (6,075 KES)

  • Ocean Freight: $150 (20,250 KES)

These minimums are strictly adhered to and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
This information is also displayed on the address page in your Savo Store account.

Delivery Time Considerations

The Oregon warehouse typically has longer lead times to Kenya (10 to 15 Business days). Therefore, we strongly recommend using our California warehouse for all holiday orders.

No Return Processing

The Oregon warehouse does not process returns. If you use our Oregon address, any items shipped there cannot be returned to the seller/sender.

3. Best Warehouse for Holiday Orders - California

We strongly recommend using our California warehouse, which offers lower minimums, faster processing and shipping timelines, and more flexibility.
