We’d like to let you know about an upcoming update to our air freight pricing, effective July 7, 2026.
What’s Changing?
1) Air freight rate
Our air freight rate will increase from $15/kg to $18/kg. Air freight will continue to be charged based on the higher of the actual or volumetric weight.
2) Air Freight Minimum charge - California warehouse
The minimum charge for shipments from our California warehouse will increase from $15 to $25. Our Oregon warehouse minimum charge will remain $45.
These changes take effect July 7th
The new pricing will apply to all orders processed for shipping on or after July 7, 2026.
Orders processed for shipping before July 7, 2026 will continue to be charged using the current rates.
Why Are We Raising Air shipping Prices?
Over the past several months, airlines worldwide have significantly increased air cargo rates due to rising operating costs, particularly higher fuel prices. To continue providing reliable air freight service and maintain the quality and speed our customers expect, we are updating our pricing to reflect these increased transportation costs.
